THIRD LEVEL NATIONAL DEBATING COMPETITION 2022
The Gael Linn third level debating competition final will take place on Saturday 5 November 2022 in The Gleanagle Hotel, Killarney as part of Oireachtas na Samhna 2022.. The event will take place in front of a large audience and will be broadcast live on Gael Linn's YouTube channel.Details of the 2022 Final will be available once the teams competing are known.
This competition is organised in partnership with Eímear Nig Oireachtaigh, Student Co-Ordinator with Conradh na Gaeilge. Four third level college teams will compete for the Gael Linn/The Irish Times Cup and there will also be cash prizes for the winners and runners-up.

CORN UÍ CHON CHEANAINN
Gael Linn will again be supporting Corn Uí Chon Cheanainn in 2020. This is a sean-nós singing competition for third level students.

MAIDENS NA GAEILGE
We are delighted to be associated with 'Maidens na Gaeilge', debating competitions being run by Cumann Gaelach, Trinity College and the Cumann Gaelach in UCD. The competitions are for speakers who have never debated in third level Irish debates before. Gael Linn provides support for societies in third level colleges who undertake to organise Irish language debating, either within their own college or in collaboration with other colleges. This support may include advice and/or financial sponsorship.
