Returns
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Gift vouchers
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
